What’s this? A rapping realtor? I’ll believe it when I see it.

Tiffany Featherstone (aka “The Rapping Realtor”) is going viral on Facebook with this video of her rapping to the beat of The Beastie Boys’ “Paul Revere.” Even if you’ve got a tin ear for hip hop, you can’t deny the dedication she showed by putting this song together.

Play the song back. Let’s see how hip these lyrics really are:

Now here’s a little story I’ve got to tell
About a super fly realtor that’ll sell your dwell
Started way back in history
With a pre-qual, a buyer, and me, Tiffany

Hipness Level: Dr. Evil Doing the Macarena

Sold a little housey to my friend one year
Just me and my homey and his financier
Riding across the land. My humor is my brand
Other clients on my tail, cause I’m in demand

Hipness Level: The Dad from “American Pie”

One lonely BCIB
All by myself without nobody
The sun is beating down on my baseball hat
Cause it’s Phoenix Arizona so you gotta know that

Hipness Level: Carlton from “Fresh Prince”

Qualifying houses so we don’t waste any time
I help them do their homework finding hoods with zero crime
Now, I’ll write the contract and here’s what we’ll do
You got two choices of who works with who
It’s not a tough choice as you can see
You can work with stuffy realtors or you can work with me

Hipness Level: The Fresh Prince from “Fresh Prince”

We’ll offer like this, they’ll counter like that
Negotiating’s what I’m good at, so…
The house will be won, the shopping is done
And right about now it’s time to have some fun
That is my name
So I know the fly spot where they got the champagne

Hipness Level: Will Smith in “Men in Black”
(Maximum Hipness Achieved)

I think she’s earned herself a mic drop there.

Consider this video evidence that doing business with your real estate agent can be fun and entertaining.

If that song got you nodding your head, give her second single a listen:

What do you think of Tiffany’s rap? Got some rhymes of your own?
